Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest independent multispecialty medical groups in New York State to help find a Senior Accountant for their Chappequa, NY location!
This role would be ideal for someone who has experience supporting the accounting department and the Group's financial operations.
Pay: $35-36/hr
Location: Chappaqua, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly general and standard journal entries
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial results
- Assist independent auditors with year end audits
- Evaluate existing accounting methods
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with SAGE Financial ERP is a plus
