Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Risk Management Division of a large and growing insurance brokerage firm!
Location: Fairfield, CT
Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 9:00AM-5:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop an awareness of the client's business, strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs by working with the producer and client team.
- Create inventive solutions for specific client needs.
- Work together with the producer to create presentations for current and potential clients.
- Responsible for the renewal process, which includes counseling clients on renewals and proposing coverage, products, and risk management strategies.
- Examine the leases and contracts' insurance provisions.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in risk management
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Property & Casualty License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
