Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with one of the largest financial services firms in the world to find a Receptionist for their Corporate office in Miami! The firm has offices around the world with focuses in investment banking, stock markets, & private equity.
We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of Receptionist experience in a corporate environment to join our growing team!
- Location:Â Miami, FL (Downtown area)
- Schedule:Â M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure a professional and tidy appearance.
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance staff to resolve any facility issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative in a professional setting preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
