Pay: $19/hour (weekly pay plus 401k match, health benefits, and bonus opportunities!)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, 10AM-6PM (occasional rotating Saturday shift)

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from members
- Assist members with questions regarding their accounts
- Process all account transactions as requested, such as updating account information and account troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is highly preferred!
- Comfortability speaking on the phone
- Computer savvy and able to work with multiple windows open
- High school diploma or equivalent
