Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest medical centers in the Tri-State area to help find a Project Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead and manage complex healthcare and human resources projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and human resources, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $150,000 - $175,000/yr (based on experience)
- Location: Tarrytown, NY
- Work Model: HYBRID 3 days in office, 2 days out
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including stakeholders from various departments and disciplines
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to healthcare and human resources projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing healthcare and/or human resources projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
