Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service to patients and visitors
- Verify and update patient account information according to Front Desk policy and procedures
- Work routinely with the Insurance Verification team
- Coordinate patient schedules with physician schedules
- Provide patient support & assistance and respond to requests for information
Qualifications:
- **MUST BE VACCINATED**
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience within customer service, preferably within a medical practice environment
