HumanHire is seeking a Medical Practice Assistant to work at one of New York's largest medical facilities!
Job: Medical Practice Assistant
Pay: $18/hour (weekly pay & benefits!)
Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM (one evening shift until 7PM) with a rotating Saturday shift
Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service to patients and visitors
- Verify and update patient account information
- Work routinely with the Insurance Verification team
- Coordinate patient schedules with physician schedules
- Provide patient support & assistance and respond to requests for information
Qualifications:
- **MUST BE VACCINATED**
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience within customer service, preferably within a medical practice environment
