Job Description

We are seeking candidates with customer service experience to join our growing team!
Position: Invoicing Specialist
Location: Uniondale, NY
Pay: $20-21/hour (weekly pay!)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (one weekend shift every 5-6 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from clients with new or existing work orders
- Update client information in the computer system
- Prepare invoices for subcontractors and get approval from upper management
- Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
- Vaccine not required, if vaccinated you will receive an extra PTO day!
- Willing to learn!
