Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9:00AM - 6:00PM
(1-2 times per month there will be either an evening or weekend shift)

Job Description

Job: Invoicing Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Responsibilities:
- Place outbound phone calls to HVAC subcontractors to obtain pricing information for upcoming work orders
- Prepare reports on prospective vendors for senior management
- Negotiate prices based on company margins
- Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of outbound telephone experience
- Vaccine not required, if vaccinated you will receive an extra PTO day!
- Willing to learn!
