HumanHire is working with one of the largest growing banks in New York to add an expereinced IT Manager to their team. Our client is committed to using technology to enhance their customers' banking experience, and they have a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service!

- Salary: $170-190,000/year
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, fully on-site

- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and coaching team members
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor and analyze the bank's technology usage and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage IT budget and expenses, including vendor contracts and service agreements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to inform technology strategy and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7-8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of banking systems, including core banking systems, online banking platforms, and payment processing systems
- Project management skills and experience overseeing complex IT projects from conception to implementation
