Job Description

HumanHire is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a Fortune 500 Investment Firm in their DC Office! The firm has offices across the US & Internationally with a focus in investment banking, growth investing, real estate, and public stock markets.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, with 3+ years of experience supporting Senior Executives, to join our growing team to support 1 Senior Executive!

Applicants to be considered must have experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services or Legal.

  • Provide administrative support to a one Senior Executive
  • Extensive calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Expense reporting via Concur
  • Manage conference room availability & bookings
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with team of EA's to ensure all administrative needs are being met

  • 4+ years of EA experience (Required Financial Services or Legal experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in Concur (Plus, but not required)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Senior Executives (Director to C-Level preferred)
