Job Description
HumanHire is working with a family-owned manufacturing company to help find a Data Entry Clerk for their office in Hauppauge. For over 50 years, this company has been a staple in the community as they work with local school districts & universities to produce school supplies & custom apparel. This role can start as early as Wednesday 3/8!
We offer:
- $17-$19 per hour (weekly pay & benefits after 90 days)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (no weekend work)
- A relaxed, low-pressure environment
Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from the sales team & input them into our online system
- Ensure that specifications for orders are followed thoroughly & notify production/graphic design teams of any changes
- Liaison between the warehouse & shipping departments to ensure proper fulfillment of customer orders
- Notify sales team of any out-of-stock merchandise or products
What we're seeking:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry experience
- Someone reliable & punctual
- Excellent communication skills
