What we offer:
- Position: Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ (not accessible by public transportation)
- Schedule: pick your own! (9AM-5PM or 3PM-11PM, 40 hour work week)
- Pay: $16/hour (weekly pay!)
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental
- Opportunity to go remote based on performance!
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Document customer information into the computer system
- Connect community members with local resources to help them with their struggles
Qualifications:
- MUST BE VACCINATED AND BOOSTED!
- Passion for helping others
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Computer savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred!
