HumanHire is searching for a Customer Service Team Lead to join one of the fastest growing marketing research firms in the country in the Syosset area! This opportunity is to work for a large, stable, and growing organization that offers competitive pay & clear growth guidelines.

We offer:
  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Alternating Saturdays from 10AM-6PM)
  • Pay: $50,000 - $60,000/year (plus health, dental, vision, 401k, & more!)

Responsibilities:
  • Actively monitor teams’ and individuals’ performance plus manage adherence to schedules to achieve productivity and quality service levels
  • Conduct team meetings and/or create team updates
  • Actively participate in company projects, and transfer knowledge to the team
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the technical and customer service skills of our specialists and assistant customer service team leads

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A two-year Associates degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with standard office-setting computer applications (ex: Word, Excel, and email)
  • Prior use of Zendesk, or similar application a plus
