Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with one of the country's leading market research firms in Hicksville, NY in search of a Customer Service Representative.
What we offer:
- Location: Syosset, NY
- Pay: $18-19/hour (weekly pay!)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11AM-7PM (no weekends!)
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and emails to answer questions
- Document customer information into the computer system
- Develop knowledge of company offerings
- Respond to emails & calls in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of call center/receptionist experience
- 1+ year of email correspondence experience
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
