HumanHire has partnered with a luxury apparel manufacturer that supports high-end brands across the country! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Farmingdale, NY.
What they offer:
Pay: $60,000-65,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM
Location: Farmingdale, NY

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, & sales staff
- Assist in all aspects of website orders including setting up drop shipping vendors online, managing & resolving order issues, and processing orders via EDI billing
- Prepare allocation reports to track sales and inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficient with an understanding of ERP systems
- EDI experience is a plus!
