Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Management Analyst to join our clients team in Tarrytown, NY. The Contract Management Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the Epic System’s Reimbursement Contracts, ensuring that they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Epic System’s Reimbursement Contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with vendors, payers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the Epic System’s Reimbursement Contracts
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in user training and provide ongoing support to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in contract management and Epic System’s Reimbursement Contracts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience with EPIC
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Health Administration, or other related field
- **EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Certification required**
