Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with one of the largest healthcare practices in New York! We are seeking a Contract Center Representative to join their team in Poughkeepsie, NY.
*MUST BE VACCINATED!*

- Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM (rotating Saturday's)

Job Duties:
- Channel all incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate department/person
- Take and process messages
- Take consults called in by the hospital, physicians, or service and relay them to the physicians requested
- Confirm physicians' daily appointments
Qualifications:
- **MUST BE VACCINATED**
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of receptionist/phone experience required
- 1+ year of customer service experience within a medical environment preferred
- Computer savvy & comfortability speaking on the phone
