Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a facility maintenance firm that has been in business for 40+ years in search of a Client Services Representative to join their office in Brookhaven, NY.
This role is ideal for recent graduates, entry level facilities maintenance candidates, and those with a strong retail/food & beverage background!
What we offer:
- Location: Brookhaven, NY
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6PM
- Pay: $18-21/hour (weekly pay)
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental
Responsibilities:
- Document requested services into the system
- Provide written and oral updates to clients
- Obtain estimates from vendors
- Track materials and schedule repairs
- Negotiate and submit proposals
- Ensure all information is obtained and documented to guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Facility Maintenance or Client Service experience OR 3+ years of client-facing customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution & relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
