HumanHire is working with the premier facilities maintenance firm on Long Island to help find their next Client Experience Supervisor! This person will be responsible for managing a key group of the firm's clients & will act as the main point of contact for any projects within their Repairs & Maintenance division.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year plus bonus opportunities, 401k match, generous PTO package & partially company paid medical benefits!

Hours: 8-hour shift between 830AM-7PM, Monday-Friday

Client Experience Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the point of contact for key accounts to oversee R&M projects
  • Facilitate client onboarding & reporting
  • Assign Account Coordinators to different points of workflow to ensure project completion
  • Supervising a team of Account Coordinators & provide direct escalation support for work orders, dispatch issues & vendor negotations
  • Assist in interviewing & hiring new team members
  • Manage bid submittals for new clients

Client Experience Supervisor Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of customer service/client services experience within the facilities maintenance industry (R&M preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with order management portals
