Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a Client Accounting Analyst to join one of the largest Global Law Firms in the world!
Location: Midtown, NYC
Schedule: M-F (4 days in office, Friday's remote)
Pay: $100-125K

Essential duties and/or primary responsibilities:
- Review the client's Outside Counsel Guidelines and other client engagement terms in detail and offer recommendations on the firm's response.
- For your relationship partner, the CFO, and any other pertinent individuals, go over and describe the difficulties.
- Ascertain that all negotiated financial conditions are duly accepted, recorded, and distributed to the proper Finance/Billing teams.
- Make that the discount and billing rate are compliant. Create, disseminate, and evaluate pertinent reporting.
- In respect to RFI/RFP response procedures, client pitches, and client proposals, support and actively participate in client rate and pricing negotiations.
- Prior to the existing agreement's expiration, proactively discuss rate agreement renewals and expirations with your business partners.
- To support the company's annual assessment of billing rates, conduct important analyses and give reporting.
