HumanHire is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join one of the fastest-growing food manufacturers in the country! In this role, you will find a lively work environment that will provide clear growth guidelines & the opportunity to work with a well-established company for the last 20+ years!

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM- 5PM

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, holiday parties
  • Responsible for accurate record keeping of employee vaccinations

Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual – Spanish
  • 0 – 3 years of related office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
