Job Description
HumanHire is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of the fastest growing marketing research firms in the country in the Syosset area! This opportunity is to work for a large, stable, and growing organization that offers competitive pay & clear growth guidelines.
We offer:
- Monday-Friday 11:00AM - 7:00PM (Alternating Saturdays from 10AM-6PM)
- Pay: $19-20 (plus health, dental, vision insurance, & more!)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate via phone and email with Spanish speaking panel members
- Answer inbound phone calls from panel members with questions or concerns about their account
- Actively participate in company projects, and transfer knowledge to the team
- Utilize customer service skills to assist the specialists and customer service team leads
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with standard office-setting computer applications
- Prior use of Zendesk, or similar application a plus
