Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest banks in Connecticut to help find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their New Milford location. This person will be responsible for providing member services support over the phone!
We Offer:
- Location: New Milford, CT
- Pay: $20-21/hr., benefits after 90 days, weekly pay every Friday!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift between 7am-8pm (weekend availability required)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging customers in conversations, listening to them, and proactively helping to meet their financial needs
- Working as a part of a team to help customers succeed financially
- Following policies and procedures to minimize risk
- Accurately and efficiently processing transactions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of banking or call center experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Willing to submit to a background and credit check
- Must be vaccinated
