Job Description
HumanHire is seeking an experienced Bank Supervisor to join a well-established bank that's been around for 30+ years! This supervisor will provide support to both the Retail Operations team & Deposit Services Division.

Responsibilities:
- Delegate assignments to staff members, employee scheduling, & training of new employees
- Supervise major projects related to products & services, technology, & digital banking
- Ensure all bank operations are running smoothly to achieve the best possible outcomes
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a bank supervisor role
- Digital banking experience preferred
- Bilingual in Bengali/Hindi is a plus!
