Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest non-profit healthcare companies in New York, to help find an Administrative Assistant for their Commack office. This company has been around for over 30+ years and is recognized for providing excellent service to all their patients! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Chief Nursing Officer!
What’s in it for you?
- Pay: $25-27/hr
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick time, & weekly pay!
- Hours: M-F (9am-5pm)
- Environment: Fast-paced, team oriented culture, hands-on training, company events
Responsibilities:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; submitting supply requisitions; performing clerical functions.
- Handle telephone communication; respond independently to routine requests etc. for both internal and external inquiries.
- Regularly update/track Excel reports
- Type reports, create and format forms as requested.
- Sort incoming mail and route to proper individual
- Assist in planning and organizing special projects. Provide research and administrative support as needed; prepares data and follows up to project’s conclusion.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Experienced with Microsoft Word & Excel
- High School Diploma
- *MUST BE VACCINATED/BOOSTED IF ELIGIBLE*
