Job Description
We're currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full-service law firm in Garden City!
We offer:
- $26-$28/hr (plus full medical, health, dental benefits, & PTO)
- Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
What you'll be doing:
- Reconcile statements & invoices for discrepancies
- Data entry of all vendor payments
- Work with vendors to fulfill various inquiries (partial payments, refunds, etc.)
- Run billing reports as assigned by the Controller
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous AP experience preferred
- Prior experience with Chrome River preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook)
