Job Description
We're working with one of the fastest growing banks in the country to add an Accounts Payable Associate to their office in Manhattan!
We offer:
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year (Plus benefits, 401K, & PTO!)
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What you'll be doing:
- Reconcile statements & invoices for discrepancies
- Data entry of all vendor payments
- Work with vendors to fulfill various inquiries (partial payments, refunds, etc.)
- Run billing reports as assigned by the Controller
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Experience working with spreadsheets & reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
