Job Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound phone calls from patients to schedule appointments
- Verifying patient insurances
- Coordinating patient schedules with doctor's schedules
- Entering date from patient interactions into computer system
Qualifications:
- *MUST BE VACCINATED*
- 1+ years of customer service / retail / medical experience
- Ability to handle high volumes of inbound phone calls
- Friendly and well-spoken over the phone
