Responsibilities:
- Assist in Compensation, TA, workforce planning, employee relations, legal relations, total rewards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to strategize HR planning
- Analyst data to assist in decision making process
- Design and implement HR and Talent strategies
- Assist with company acquisitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR Management degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of Human resources experiences (Preferred within the healthcare industry)
- Experience working within a large organization (500+ employees)
- MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
