Job Description
HumanHire is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join the Risk Management Division of a large and growing insurance brokerage firm!
Location: Woodbury, NY
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 9:00AM-5:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control standards.
- Verify the correctness and sufficiency of coverage in all new business and renewal policies and endorsements.
- Complete specifications, draft proposals, descriptions of policies, and evaluations.
- Process placement requests, endorsements, and billing: credit, debit, and monthly reports.
- Work closely with the Accounting department to investigate and justify premium rates in comparison to endorsements and invoices.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in brokerage, consulting, or insurance
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Property & Casualty License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
